Financial Information
The cost of treatment may vary depending on your child's individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of treatment and each of your available payment plan options before your child begins treatment, so that you can make the best choice for your child and your family. Please note that all treatment plans will provide an estimate of your insurance coverage. We strongly encourage all patients to be aware of their dental insurance benefits and coverage as we cannot guarantee any estimated coverage.
Dental Insurance
We are a participating provider with most PPO insurance companies. For a list of the participating insurances, please contact our office. Please remember that your copay is due at the time of service. By law, insurance companies are required to pay each claim within 30 days of receipt. Any outstanding balance left on your account after 45 days will be the patient’s responsibility. Any outstanding account balance over ninety days is subject to a monthly finance charge.
If our office does not participate with your insurance plan, then we will be an out-of-network provider. In some cases this may mean that there may be a difference in the benefit amount that an insurance carrier will pay when compared to an in-network provider. Our office can send a pre-determination to your insurance carrier to help determine your insurance benefits available out of network. If you are interested in receiving a pre-determination of benefits please ask a member of our front office staff.
Please note that we require 48 hours notice for any insurance updates. It is imperative that you keep our office informed of any insurance changes such as policy name, insurance company address or a change of employment so that we may provide you with the best estimate of your dental coverage. Click here to update your insurance information using our electronic "Insurance Info" form.
Payment Options
